Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only in the following situations:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or expired
  • You received the wrong item or the product does not match the description on our website
  • The product has a manufacturing fault that makes it unusable

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Any opened, used, or tested skincare, body lotion, cream, soap, or body wash
  • Perfumes and fragrances (once the seal or cap is broken)
  • Products whose packaging has been tampered with or labels removed
  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless proven defective)

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
  2. Provide your Order Number, clear photos of the product, and the reason for return.
  3. Wait for our team’s approval before sending the item back.
  4. Return the product in its original packaging with all seals intact (where applicable).
  5. Ship the item back to our Lagos office at your own cost (unless the return is due to our error).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake (wrong item or damaged product).

Exchanges

If the item is eligible and we have stock available, we can offer an exchange instead of a refund.
